This offer is open to all companies that meet the criteria for an INNOVATIVE STARTUP, namely:
- Incorporated less than 60 months ago.
Headquartered in Italy.
Annual revenue of less than €5 million.
Does not distribute and has not distributed profits.
- It was not formed through a corporate merger or as a result of the transfer of a business or a branch of a business.
Its corporate purpose is the development, production, or marketing of high-tech products.
Research and development expenses exceed 15%.
